Les + Series sont les versions low cost (made in China) des Diamana blueboard & redboard ou Kai'li ilima, ou ahina et remplacent notamment les made for Titleist des 910 sur les 913.
Les nouveaux venus seront la monte de série sur les 915 avec le retour du "redboard". Les dénominations sont donc S+ (blue), D+ (white) et M+ (red).
Nouveaux matériaux, balance point variable, poids en baisse.

MRC GOLF, INC. Debuts the Next-Generation Diamana™ +Plus Series
Carlsbad, CA - (June 23, 2014) - MRC GOLF, INC. has officially introduced the Next-Generation Diamana™ +Plus Series that builds on the success of its 2011 predecessor. This is the latest product in the long-standing Diamana™ brand that's captured more than 100 Tour wins globally since the company established its U.S. office in 2004. The new series of three bend profiles features an unprecedented adaptive balance point system, M.D.I. Technology and the ToughQure™ resin system.
Product Profile Adaptive Balance Point
This new +Plus series - which includes our classic Red Board, Blue Board and White Board bend profiles - for the first time uses a fine-tuned balance point system to achieve maximum performance from each shaft's bend profile, tailored to what each shaft does best. Adjusting the balance point for each profile allows us to create maximum options for today's adjustable clubheads and better serve specific player types.
Thus, every golfer will find one of the following three bend profiles ideal for his or her game.
M+ Series (Red Board)
The M+ Series (Red Board) has the highest balance point in the series. The higher balance point creates tremendous versatility for players using adjustable-head technology. They can utilize longer shafts to help generate additional clubhead speed without sacrificing swing weight. The M+ Series' active tip is ideal for golfers wanting to hit the ball higher and longer with a lighter shaft.
S+ Series (Blue Board)
The S+ Series (Blue Board) features a high balance point, but less so than the Red Board. One of the most versatile mid-launch shafts used by a wide range of players, the new S+ Series' balance point is higher than the original Diamana™ S+ Series. The new balance point, combined with the traditionally smooth Blue Board bend profile, maximizes shotmaking workability and clubfitting versatility.
D+ Series (White Board)
The D+ Series (White Board) is for stronger players who like a stiff tip and maximum control. We've maintained its very popular standard balance point, same as in the earlier Diamana™ +PLUS Series White Board and original Diamana™ White Board, to help maximize target performance. This helps players achieve a low launch from a standard-length, standard-weight driver.
But the Next-Generation Diamana™ +Plus Series is not all just about the balance point and bend profiles. It's improved in several other key areas.
Product Profile M.D.I. Technology
Mitsubishi Rayon's Our M.D.I. (Multi-Dimensional Interlay) process allows us to layer ultra-thin carbon fiber sheets in extremely precise patterns and locations along the shaft, giving us pinpoint control over stiffness and stability. It also maximizes resilience, when storing and releasing energy. Because the new M.D.I. allows us to use thinner materials than the original series, we can reduce shaft weight by 3-4 grams while optimizing torque.
Product Profile ToughQure™ Resin System
This new series also utilizes our proprietary ToughQure™ Resin System that cures harder than traditional resins. Used along with high-modulus fiber in the secondary layer, this strengthens the tip section for a more stable feel at impact. It's also more durable than standard resins.
Product Profile Progressive Torque
The Next-Generation Diamana™ +PLUS™ Series features our Progressive Torque system that optimizes performance by targeting shaft torque and frequency, with one addition: The new TX flex features 46T carbon fiber, providing our stiffest, lowest torque flex in the series - for better players. Meanwhile, players of all abilities can benefit from a torque and frequency designed specifically for S- and X-flex swing speeds.
